I’m just going to come right out and say it: ever since discovering EcoTools makeup brushes last month I have become obsessed. Actually, obsessed doesn’t even begin to cover it because it runs deeper than that… I’m going to go as far as to say that I’m in LOVE.
Yep, I just dropped the L-bomb. That’s how you know it’s serious.
Anyway, EcoTools’ newest release, the Complexion Collection is right up my alley because each brush is designed to work on a different area of the face to give you a flawless finish. Whether you need perfect full (and sometimes difficult to achieve) coverage like yours truly or you just want to even out your skin tone these brushes will help you get there.
Consisting of four different brushes you can use the EcoTools Complexion Collection for everything from setting under eye concealer to applying BB cream to applying powder with a brush that’s specially designed to control oil and reduce shine. How cool is that? The Complexion Collection also consists of a concealer brush that blends concealer into my skin flawlessly and helps me achieve that perfect coverage that I so desperately need.
Speaking of makeup brushes that control oil and reduce shine now that the weather is warming up I think we can all agree that we NEED the Skin Perfecting Brush in our lives. I don’t know about you but I like to go lighter on my foundation once the temperatures start to rise and this brush helps to buff tinted moisturizer, BB cream, etc into my face for a perfectly smooth finish.
And don’t even get me started on the bristles… they’re SO SOFT I almost can’t handle it. I don’t like to use complexion brushes most of the time because I feel like they just push product around and don’t actually do anything substantial but I don’t have that problem with this collection at all. It places product perfectly and because the bristles are so soft it’s not dragging the product around my face. Everything stays put and blends out like a dream.
